NOTE: When I dance I get a one on one shot at communicating with the "Most High". In dance ofcourse we battle, we express, we work out, but the spiritual essence of dance transcends all barriers and frees up the interior. Sometimes I see nothing around me, other times I only see my shadow as it guides me like a studio mirror... I am thankful for the gift of dance as it allows me to connect as my ancestors did some time ago to the "Higher Powers" and hidden strengths.
